Training Camps
"Event was perfecty organized, instructions straight to the point, and content (both practice and theory) was very well-presented."
"Coach De Caro managed to help me find the correct Squat form and what to look for during the sets of the camp, which I was struggling to find myself over the last few months."
"Overall it was a good experience, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their squat technique, and to meet other people with an interest in strength training."

What is a Training Camp?
Training camps are designed for complete beginners, lifters who are familiar with the Starting Strength method or fitness professionals who want to learn more about the application of strength training.
What to bring?
Each camp has an initial theoretical presentation about the basic principles of strength training and the mechanics of the lifts to learn that day. After the initial lecture, time will be spent learning the lifts on the platform while being coached every step of the way.
This portion is followed by a short programming lecture and Q&A.
100% cotton shirt, avoid wearing any slick/moisture wicking material.
Knee-high socks, leggings or sweat pants to allow the barbell to contact the shins without causing abrasions.
Encouraged, but optional, are weightlifting shoes and weightlifting belts.
